Returns and Refunds:
We guarantee your satisfaction with any of our products. If you are not happy with any of the items you have purchased from us, we will accept returns for a full refund within 7 days of delivery, except for custom orders. If for any reason you are dissatisfied please call us at (760) 822-7620 or email us at bridgetwalsh@cox.net for return instructions.

Items that have been used, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return and will be returned to sender. Returned items that have not been properly packaged and arrive broken cannot be accepted and will be returned to sender.
 
To return a purchase:
1. Email bridgetwalsh@cox.net or call (760) 822-7620 to tell us about the return, and we will give you instructions on making the return.
2. Please be sure to pack appropriately.
3. Enclose your receipt with an explanation of why you are returning the item.

Refunds issued will be as a credit to the original credit card used for purchase.
Cash refunds will not be issued.
Custom Orders Custom orders will be charged to your credit card at the time the order is placed.

Credit Cards Accepted: We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping and Delivery:
We try to deliver your purchases as quickly as possible. In-stock items will be shipped within 3-5 business days of receipt of your order. If an item is out of stock your item will be shipped within 5 -7 business days. All our items are shipped via USPS within the 48 contiguous United States. If you have any special requests for shipping please contact us. There will be a charge for alternative shipping. We will ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and internationally however, there will be an additional charge for shipping to these areas.
